Meaningful Photo He Had Taken on Party Founding AnniversaryWhenever we think of the life of President Kim Il Sung who regarded the young generations as treasures of the country and always lavished warm love on them, we recollect October 10, 1957, the twelfth founding anniversary of our Party.On that meaningful day, the President, who was on his journey for field guidance, was passing by Tongju-ri, Pyokdong County, against the River Amnok on a boat.That very moment, lots of children cheered toward the boat at a riverside pavilion.The President saw the children and waved back to them with a broad smile on his face.Then the children ran toward the river with vociferous cheers and boarded the boat which had been loaded with the car of the President.Some of the children pulled the oars and others who didn’t get hold of them began to use their open hands to knife through the water.The officials who were aboard the boat repeatedly admonished them not to do so but it was of no use.Meanwhile, the President reached the other side of the river and waited for the children despite his busy schedule.The children threw themselves in the arms of the President regardless of their wet clothes.The President stroked their heads, listened to their hopes and warmly blessed them.Presently, the President suggested taking a picture of the children.The children quarreled with each other, pushing and pulling to get nearer to the President.
