True to the noble intention of the Workers’ Party of Korea which has set it as an important policy task to always put forward the younger generation brightly and healthily, the Ministry of Local Industry completed a new method of producing uniforms and introduced it into all the school uniform factories across the country.
The method is of great significance in producing and supplying well-fitting and smart school uniforms to the students.
The ministry has pushed ahead with its introduction.
It puts spurs to making design according to school subjects and varieties with the help of the clothing design aid programme "Jindallae ４.０" developed by Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry and generalizing the technique of framing patterns with a plotter to the school uniform factories across the country.
The work for transferring technology on the method of framing patterns based on modern technology has been conducted at the Pyongyang School Uniform Factory for nearly ２０ days.
On this basis, the school uniform factories across the country went into the production of school uniform by the new method from the first month of this year.
The first-stage production of uniform this year was huge in quantity of framing patterns compared to last year, because new pupils of the junior middle schools were included.
But all the school uniform factories could produce school uniforms of different sizes which increased remarkably without any deviation. Some days ago, the second-stage task of producing school uniforms was carried out.
The establishment of the school uniform production method is another success in implementing the socialist policy of our Party and state.
