Agricultural workers of the Kumsaem Farm in Kumgang County, Kangwon Province, became blessed owners of modern rural dwelling houses in the era of great upsurge when the capital and local areas and urban and rural areas develop simultaneously.
The village, where single- and low-storeyed houses were designed to fully serve the convenience of inhabitants while preserving the features peculiar to the mountainous area and where beautiful scenery was created in harmony with the surrounding environment, is full of the people's joy and happiness.
A ceremony of moving into new houses was held on the spot. Present there were officials of the province and the county and agricultural workers.
An address was made and licences for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.
Amid the playing of peasants' music and dance party, moving into new houses began in the village.
