Russia has recently launched nuclear submarineKhabarovsk. The launching ceremony of the submarine was held in Severodvinsk in the presence of Defence Minister Andrei Beloussov. The nuclear submarine will reportedly carry out its mission, armed with modern submerged weaponry. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper.
