The respectedComrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Ri Ul Chul, a woman centenarian living in Neighbourhood Unit No. 8, Kobu-ri, Sonchon County, North Phyongan Province, on her 100th birthday. The centenarian who received the birthday spread on the significant day marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea was deeply moved to express gratitude to Kim Jong Un. She had made a contribution to the agricultural production with her sincere efforts to live up to the ever-increasing loving care of the Party for decades and, even after becoming pensioner, she has done good things helpful to the country. Officials of the Sonchon County Committee of the WPK visited her family to share joy with her. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
