New dwelling houses have been built at the Ponghae Vegetable Farm of Chongjin, North Hamgyong Province. Present at the ceremony of moving into new houses held on the spot were officials of the Party and power organs in North Hamgyong Province and Chongjin City, builders and agricultural workers. A congratulatory address was made and licences for the use of houses were handed over. As a congratulatory performance was given to rev up the atmosphere of moving into new houses, officials visited the owners of new houses to share joy with them. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
