The Sangwon Cement Complex has fulfilled its national economic plan for October. The complex analysed the operation of equipment in a scientific way and readjusted and repaired the systems in a responsible manner. It set the recycling and domestic production of materials and equipment as the main orientation of technical innovation and settled in time the problems arising in the production. The struggle of the officials and workers of the complex to greet the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea as the one of victors and glory redoubles the motive force of a fresh leap forward and innovation in the major fronts of socialist construction.
