Farmers moved into new houses in Ilbong-ri of Sonchon County, North Phyongan Province. A ceremony for moving into new houses was held on the spot on August 10. Present there were officials and agricultural workers in North Phyongan Province and Sonchon County. Licences for using the new houses were handed over to the farmers. Amid a cheerful dance party, officials visited the new houses to share joy with their owners. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
