The delegation of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation left Pyongyang for home on October 11 after visiting the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the invitation of the Ministry of Culture of the DPRK on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea. It was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the Ministry of Culture of the DPRK, officials concerned and the minister-councillor of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
