The congratulatory group of the International Social Confederation of Koreans for celebrating the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea led by Chairperson Sok Song left Pyongyang on October 15. It was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Ho Chol, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, and officials concerned. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
