DPRK players returned home after participating in the 2025 World Wrestling Championship held in Croatia.
At the championship, they won three gold medals, two silver medals, two bronze medals and the women's team cup (second place).
The wrestlers who returned home after demonstrating the honour of the country were warmly greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials concerned, officials in the sports field and their families on September 27.
Sportspersons congratulated the players and coaches on their successes, putting garlands around their necks and presenting bouquets to them.
