The policy section chief of the Institute for Japan Studies under the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on July 17 issued the following press statement titled "Japan's defense white paper is a war scenario for realizing its ambition for reinvasion from A to Z": Japan, which is busy securing the capability for preemptive attack, obsessed with its ambition for reinvasion, released the 2025 Defense White Paper.
