Kim Il Sung University has developed in our style an advanced technology of heat treatment urgently needed for the machine-building industry.
This heat treatment technology is a sci-tech success the scientists of the aerospace science faculty of Kim Il Sung University achieved in the course of carrying out the major state project for the development of science and technology this year.
This technology makes it possible to heat-treat the surface of parts of machines and apparatuses which have complicated shape uniformly and further increase the quality of them without using expensive alloy steel materials.
True to the Party’s noble intention, scientists and postgraduates of the metal materials research group set a bold and high goal of developing new heat treatment technology.
The research group conducted several field trials successfully while intensifying document and basics research and simulation, and cooperating with technicians and workers of several units on the spots by pooling each other’s strength and wisdom.
In this course many sci-tech problems arising in developing and introducing the advanced heat treatment technology were solved.
They finally succeeded in developing the heat treatment technology in our style, which is eco-friendly as well as cost-, electricity- and labor-saving, and also proved its scientific and economic effectiveness.
The advanced heat treatment technology is drawing attention of many officials and experts as it can improve the quality of production of different kinds of machine parts.
