Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu, president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and commander-in-chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces, sent a flower basket to the statues of PresidentKim Il Sungand ChairmanKim Jong Ilon Mansu Hill in Pyongyang on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the demise ofKim Jong Il. The flower basket was laid before the statues of the great leaders on December 17. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper.
